Datum der Pressemitteilung24 Sep 2007

New office facilities enable more intense customer interactions and employee productivity

Leuven, Belgium – LMS, the leading engineering innovation company, announced the relocation of its North America headquarters to 5755 New King Street in Troy, MI. The new high-tech facility offers 31,300 SF, including approximately 4,500 SF of engineering laboratory and product testing space. The new facility enables LMS to further intensify and improve customer interactions through extensive meeting rooms, training facilities and open office spaces. The open office layout of the new building will also facilitate maximum employee collaboration and teamwork. The engineering laboratory allows LMS Engineering Services to conduct in-depth simulation, product testing and evaluation with an improved control over security and testing conditions. In addition, LMS will host the North American employees of the new LMS Imagine division that was created after the acquisition of Imagine in January, 2007.

“Our new North American headquarters provides a comfortable and productive environment for our employees and extensive facilities to host our customers in the best possible conditions during training, meetings or engineering projects,” commented David Young, General Manager of LMS North America. "The centralization of all our engineering activities in dedicated and secured laboratory facilities will further increase the efficiency, flexibility and quality level of our services.”

"The relocation to the new headquarters office is an important milestone in the continuous growth of our North American team," said Marc Boonen, Vice-President Worldwide Sales at LMS. “The new facilities allow us to easily host our new colleagues from the LMS Imagine division in North America, and to optimally integrate them with the other LMS team members. The size of the new building also provides enough room to host new employees and to support our plans for extensive growth.”

LMS North America is a wholly owned subsidiary of LMS International, headquartered in Leuven, Belgium. Next to its North America headquarters office in Troy (MI), LMS has offices in Huntington Beach (CA), Baltimore (MD) and Coralville (IA).

The relocation of LMS North America will be effective from September 24, 2007 onwards. The full address of the new office is:
